Rough-In Kit Installation Instructions:
1) Run speaker wires to the desired location for your
speakers.
2) Place the rough-in kit at your desired speaker location and
attach it to the studs using screws or nails. For inwalls, be sure
to orient the flat side of the rough-in kit away from you. If the
screw holes in the rough-in kit do not line up with the studs then
please proceed with the following steps.
3) Mount one of the two included expander straps at the bottom of
the desired rough-in kit location. Be sure to orient the strap so
that the slot is facing upwards.
4) Slide the bottom edge of the rough-in kit into the slot.
5) Slide the other expander strap onto the top of the rough-in kit
and then mount it to the studs.
