Transferable Parts and Labor Warranty 

Pinnacle Speakers carry an outstanding warranty covering both parts and labor. Our warranty policy far exceeds the industry standard of 3-5 years. We do so as a reflection of our confidence in these superb products. Please refer to the warranty enclosed with your product for full details.

For product service, return the part(s) in question to:

We will examine it and notify you of our findings. Please be sure to include your name, address, email address & phone number, a description of the problem you are experiencing with the returned part, and for warranty service, a copy of your receipt from an authorized dealer.  We strongly suggest that you only send us the part that you are having a problem with (woofer, tweeter, amplifier, etc.). It will save you shipping charges and you are much less likely to end up with cabinet damage. To further prevent damage, please remove any cabinet feet (Isolation Cones) if present and do not ship us grilles.  Please be sure to carefully pack any items you ship us since we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  For their protection, we recommend taping cardboard to the face of woofers & tweeters.   We request you use a carton that allows for at least 4" of packing material between the product and carton on all sides. 
 
Please note current repair time frame is ~2 weeks from date of receipt.  No repair status information is available until after the unit has been evaluated at which point we will contact you.  Thank you for your understanding.
